This week's theme is Funfetti Cake. Back in my second year of college, I was working part time, taking classes full time, and constantly in rehearsals. To remind myself that I was human, I would bake a funfetti cake with milk chocolate frosting, cut it into little pieces, and enjoy a tiny piece at the end of each (long) day. I could sure use me some funfetti cake right about now.
UPDATE!!! At game night last night, my friend surprised me with a HUGE funfetti sheet cake! With milk chocolate frosting! Just like I mentioned! Behold, the power of blogging:
